About
Tanishq holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Trinity Western University, a postgraduate diploma in Digital Marketing from Vancouver Premier College and a Bachelor of Science in Animation from Jain University in Bengaluru. Before moving into marketing he worked in business development and financial services in Bengaluru, selling engineering courses to students and managing client portfolios: a sales grounding that shaped how he thinks about customer psychology and conversion.
He joined BES in 2025 and now works across marketing and administration: B2B lead generation, SEO and keyword research, LinkedIn content, website optimisation and process automation. More recently he has focused on automating engineering reporting with AI, building Claude skills that read drawings and project data so the engineering team spends less time on repetitive work.
