LEED certification for BC Place Stadium. BES has worked at BC Place since 2015 on cooling towers, kitchen and concession plant, parkade lighting, domestic hot water, emergency power and the CleanBC study, making the stadium one of the firm’s longest-running venue relationships.

The tags underneath say what the work produced: an electrical load assessment, a payback analysis, an incentive application. Where a client asked us not to name a site, we give the sector and location only. Where a project is still running, we describe the scope rather than claim a saving; measured results are only quoted once verification is complete.
