Simon graduated with First Class Honours in Sustainable Energy Engineering from CIT/MTU, where he was a Faculty Scholar of Sustainable Energy Engineering. He has over four years of experience in the energy consultancy industry, carrying out renewable energy feasibility studies, energy audits and measurement and verification analysis of energy data throughout Canada, the UK and Ireland. He has overseen more than thirty solar PV designs and played a key role in the tender and installation of designs ranging from 20 kW up to 1,500 kW, including the largest rooftop PV installation in Ireland.

As M&V Project Manager at BES, Simon applies a comprehensive knowledge of current best practices and energy efficiency technologies to provide both guidance and insight to his clients so they can make informed decisions. His experience with building energy management systems ensures optimal performance while identifying areas for enhancement.
