Sean holds a degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering, where he acquired a comprehensive understanding of energy systems, renewable energy technologies and sustainable design principles. Along with four years of experience in the HVAC and renewable energy industry, he has actively contributed to retrofit and new-build project design and construction, and his passion for sustainability is evident in his keen interest in renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar PV.

Sean has gained a high level of proficiency in surveying buildings as part of the BES energy assessment process, identifying inefficiencies and highlighting bespoke solutions to improve energy efficiency. He supports projects from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out, preparing HVAC, hydronic, plumbing and domestic hot water designs, developing technical specifications and equipment schedules, and coordinating with owners, facility teams, contractors and authorities having jurisdiction.
