About
Jonjo holds an honours degree in Energy Engineering and has experience in HVAC design in both Canada and Ireland. Before joining BES in 2022 he worked as a design and technical engineer on mechanical and renewable systems.
Jonjo participates in the design of mechanical systems, particularly HVAC, across both retrofits and new builds, co-operating with fellow engineers and contractors to deliver efficient solutions from design phase through to project completion. He also conducts energy audits on commercial and residential buildings, identifying opportunities for owners and operators to implement new energy saving measures; his day-to-day work spans heat load calculations, energy reduction calculations, mechanical design and report writing, using AutoCAD, HAP and HT2000.
